Ashlee and Timothy Taylor are the visionaries behind Young Moguls Foundation and both serve as the Chief Executive officers of the organization. They are both natives of Birmingham, AL and are passionate about the economic development of under-resourced communities. As serial entrepreneurs, economic stability has always been at the forefront of their career endeavors.  

Having both grown up in poverty stricken environments, they saw a need for a program that provided economic empowerment and financial literacy for inner city youth in order to prepare them for economic success sooner, rather than later in life. With the lack of such a program in Birmingham that targeted youth within urban communities, Young Moguls Foundation was birthed to fill that void. This organization was founded in 2016 with the sole purpose of empowering minority youth to pursue careers in entrepreneurship and to become advocates for social reform in their own communities. The husband and wife duo firmly believe that the youth are our future and sincerely hope to make a positive impact in the lives of Alabama’s youth through this organization.
